Our Commitment to Excellence

We have updated our quality policy, which sets out the approach for how we do business and outlines our commitment to continuously improving the services we provide.

Developed as part of our ISO accreditation, our quality policy underpins the strategic goals and objectives of our business.

We are passionate about providing our customers and suppliers with a service that is of the highest quality and offers value for money. In addition, we have now made a commitment to use the success of our business to help improve lives, protect nature and make the environment around us a better place to live.

Our quality policy reflects our mission to be a good business that does good.

David Honcoop, Managing Director at Clarity Environmental, said of the policy: “We are an extremely ambitious and knowledgeable team, and we are dedicated to maintaining the highest quality standards in the delivery of our services. Our quality policy outlines our commitment to continually better our service, which not only benefits our customers, but also our suppliers and staff.

“We are committed to using the success of our business to help charitable causes, and as our business grows so does our ability to give back. This underpins everything we do and is reflected in our new quality policy. I am proud of the work we have already done this year to help make a difference to the world around us and I would like to thank all of the businesses we work with for helping us to do so.”

The Clarity team works within a robust management framework, which ensures that we comply with all relevant legal requirements and regulations. Through the continuous monitoring of our performance, we also look for ways to continually better our service, ensuring that our customers and suppliers receive a friendly, fair and honest service of the highest quality, and value for money.

It is our aim to provide a service that goes above and beyond the needs and requirements of our customers. Customer feedback is fundamental to this and we are always keen to hear from those we work with about our services, which allows us to develop them for the future.
