New Operations Coordinator at Clarity

From September 1st Aiden Hill will be Clarity’s Operations Coordinator. He will be our first point of contact for the hubs and transport companies for our lead-acid battery, waste and plastic contracts. Aiden takes over this role from Karen Bird who is leaving Clarity, following four years providing management for our transport operations. All at Clarity would like to thank Karen for her valuable contribution to the smooth running of our operations and wish her all the best in her future endeavours.

Joining Clarity as a Junior Trader, Aiden has adapted admirably to life in the office.  He began his working life as a trawler fisherman in the family business, transferring from the English Channel to the relative comfort of land-based employment. Prior to joining Clarity in January 2014, he worked for a high street bank, then a water company. Now, having worked across the Clarity divisions, he has a thorough understanding of the business and is well placed to provide operational support for our waste transfer function.

Aiden will ensure we meet the needs of our waste and disposal clients overseeing the day to day operation of our logistics activity across all divisions including both domestic and international movements of RDF, SRF, general waste, lead-acid batteries, WEEE, plastics and glass.

Aiden said: “I have been involved in the operations side of Clarity’s business in a support capacity during 2015. I am really looking forward to making the new role my own and to continuing my work on a permanent basis with all the clients and suppliers that make our service such a diverse and flexible option.”

Aiden will be joining our team at RWM 2015 on Wednesday September 16th so come and say hello to find out more about our waste transfer operations and how we can help keep you waste stream flowing.
