Launching Our New Customer Charter

We believe that our customers have the right to receive a fair, efficient and polite service that meets their needs, and to highlight our commitment to customer service we have now launched a Clarity Environmental customer charter.

Our customers have always been at the heart of our business, and we are committed to delivering unrivalled service to each and everyone we work with. Our customer charter details the standards we aim to provide our clients, and makes eight promises about the way we will do business with them.

Managing Director, David Adams, said of the charter: “We always aim to deliver a service that is of the highest quality but also offers our customers value for money in the process. This new charter reaffirms our commitment and sets out the level of service that you can expect from our teams. I’d like to encourage all of our customers to take a look at the customer charter in full.

“We are proud of the service we provide our customers, but we also recognise that we may not always get it right the first time. We are keen to receive feedback about the service we provide. If you do not feel we’re living up to the promises we’ve made here, we want to hear from you so that we can make it right.”
