Data Protection Rules Are Changing

There are some significant changes ahead for data protection rules that will impact on all businesses operating within the EU.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) replaces the Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC, with the aim of improving and simplifying data protection for EU citizens, residents, and businesses.

The new rules will be enforced by 25 May 2018. Regardless of the size of your business, and whether you operate locally or internationally, you must comply with the new regulations for secure collection, storage, and usage of personal data.

We take your data seriously and have been working hard to ensure we understand how the GDPR affects us at Clarity and what measures we should put in place across our business.

We value all of our readers of Clearview, but to ensure that we are compliant with these new rules we are asking you to complete our new subscription form and to ‘opt-in’ to continue receiving our newsletter with the latest industry news, opinion and updates from the Clarity team.

We hope you will choose to continue receiving our news. With the launch of Clarity Cares, our new charity committee, we have some exciting content coming this year and we look forward to sharing the latest on how we are using the success of our business to improve lives, protect nature and make the environment around us a better place to live.

We would hate to lose you, so please make sure you subscribe before the new rules come into force. We will always treat your personal details with the utmost care and will never sell your details to other companies. And if you change your mind later, you can unsubscribe at any time.
