As part of our monthly wellness initiative, our dedicated Wellness team organised Meno-chats throughout October, inviting the Clarity team to engage in discussions about the impact of menopause in the workplace. These informative sessions not only helped to shed light on the challenges faced by those affected but also provided a safe space for open dialogue and shared experiences amongst staff.

The Menopause Workplace Pledge, created by the Wellbeing of Women charity, aims to create and celebrate workplaces that are accommodating and empathetic towards those navigating the challenges of menopause.
By signing this pledge, Clarity demonstrates its acknowledgment of the impact of the menopause on its workforce and commitment to open, respectful, and positive conversations around the topic. This initiative represents Clarity’s active support for, and the empowerment of, employees affected by the menopause.
