Clarity Shows Commitment To Quality With Latest ISO Audit

We are delighted to have passed our latest annual ISO accreditation audit, demonstrating our continued commitment to achieving excellence and maintaining exceptional standards for our customers, suppliers and partners.

The ISO certification ensures that products and services are safe, reliable and of good quality. Businesses achieving the certification must conform to the standards and take part in a rigorous annual auditing process to assess the level at which they have met the standards.

We first received approval to ISO 9001 for quality management, and ISO 14001 for environmental management, in December 2011, and each year have sought new ways to build and improve on our management systems. We are proud to have successfully maintained our certification over the last seven years.

We are committed to using the most environmentally friendly methods of running our services and our ethical, honest and customer-focused ethos is at the heart of our business. This successful audit further ensures that we deliver the high standards of quality and service that is expected by our customers.

Hayley Bosworth, Clarity Environmental’s Quality & Data Manager, said the business is delighted with the results of this year’s audit and the praise we have received: “External audits are an independent and objective view of the service we give to our customers and provide us with the opportunity to review how we are doing. Once again, this year’s ISO audit recognised our efforts to continually exceed expectations, which is testament to the hard work of our teams and their commitment to delivering an excellent service to our customers.

“We are already working towards the new ISO standards, which are being updated, and will receive our next audit in September.”
