Clarity Shortlisted for Four Engage Awards

Celebrating Excellence in Customer and Employee Engagement

We are thrilled to announce that Clarity has been shortlisted as a finalist for four categories at the prestigious 2024 Engage Awards. This recognition reflects our unwavering commitment to excellence across various aspects of customer and employee engagement. We are honoured to be considered in the following categories:

  • Best Customer Service Team
  • Best Use of Training
  • Best Use of Innovation in Customer Engagement
  • Best Use of Voice of the Employee

The Engage Awards, the UK’s only programme celebrating achievements in customer, employee, sales, and marketing engagement, received a record-breaking number of entries this year. Being named a finalist is a testament to the dedication, creativity, and innovation our team demonstrates daily in delivering best-in-class service and engagement solutions.

Recognising Excellence in Engagement

This year’s Engage Awards saw an exceptionally high standard of entries, highlighting the industry’s ongoing transformation to elevate customer and employee experiences. We’re incredibly proud to be part of this competitive field, and it’s a great honour to have our work acknowledged alongside other industry leaders.

Engage Business Media’s Managing Director, Nicholas Rust, highlighted the significance of the 2024 Awards programme, noting how the event celebrates engagement across the entire spectrum of human experience. This approach fully aligns with our ethos at Clarity to place people—both customers and employees—at the heart of everything we do. It reflects our commitment to creating a positive impact and fostering a culture where the wellbeing of individuals is a priority.

Natalie Rea, CEO at Clarity commented:

We are very selective about the awards we enter, focusing on celebrating meaningful work that truly reflects our values and achievements. The Engage Awards stand out to us because they require clear evidence of strategic vision, innovation, and measurable success.

I’m incredibly proud that our enhanced environmental compliance data platform, featured in our award submission, celebrates our cutting-edge solutions for Extended Producer Responsibility. It also highlights the outstanding service our team provides as we help customers navigate the complexities of Packaging Waste Regulations and environmental compliance.

As a people-centred business, I’m equally proud to see our Pioneering Leadership Programme recognised for Best Use of Training, and our Career Coaching Programme for Best Use of Employee Voice. These shortlistings are a testament to the strength of our team and our commitment to fostering growth and collaboration.

A heartfelt thank you to our amazing team and our valued customers for sharing  ideas, visions, and your trust as we continue to work together to make a difference.

Congratulations to all the other finalists, and we look forward to finding out the winners in each category later in November.”
