Clarity Environmental is pleased to have received the report from a recent Environment Agency audit, where we have been praised for several features of our WEEE producer compliance scheme.
Clarity’s scheme has been rated ‘Good’ in the report from the Environment Agency (EA) audit, which took place last month.
The EA report stated that “…Clarity is working very hard to collect, quality assure and report accurate data and in its overall operation of the scheme.” The auditors particularly liked the processes and systems we have in place for member information data collection and our user-friendly and well-supported systems. Our online members’ portal was identified as an excellent example of ‘best practice’.
Clarity has enabled a variety of routes for our WEEE members to get in touch with us. This, together with our ability to mail members with automated reminders or tailor-made updates was another example of ‘best practice.’
David Adams, Clarity’s Managing Director, said: “We’ve worked hard to develop a WEEE scheme that provides members with an easy-to-use system, and to ensure that we have a variety of communication methods available for members.
“We are really pleased that our hard work has been recognised, together with our teams’ knowledge and skills which were also recognised in the report. This is a great testament to the skills held by our team and the efforts of our Account Managers.
“It doesn’t stop there. We will continue to look for ways to develop and grow our WEEE compliance scheme to ensure our members always receive the best possible service from Clarity.”
