Clarity Passes Latest ISO Audit

Our ISO accreditations demonstrate our continued commitment to achieving excellence and we are delighted to have passed the latest audit with flying colours.

Clarity Environmental first received approval to ISO 9001 and 14001 in December 2011. The ISO 14000 family addresses environmental management, whilst ISO 9000 looks at quality management. Once again, we are pleased to have passed the annual audit to assess the level at which we have met the standards.

We are committed to being a sustainable business that uses the most environmentally friendly methods of running our services and are proud of our ethical, honest and customer-focused ethos. The result of this year’s audit, and the feedback we received, is testament to the hard work of our teams to continually build on the quality of our service, whilst being as ‘green’ as we possibly can.

We were able to demonstrate a range of improvements to the service we provide our customers this year, including the development of our Dashboard to support our RDF operations. The online account management system was expanded earlier in the year and has further enhanced the smooth running of this division, ensuring those that work with us get the most efficient service.

Hayley Bosworth, Clarity Environmental’s Quality and Data Manager, said the business is delighted with the results and the praise we have received from the auditor:

“External audits are an independent and objective view of the service we give to our customers and provide us with the opportunity to review how we are doing. Once again, this year’s audit recognised our efforts to continually exceed expectations. The result and feedback received is testament to the hard work of our teams and their commitment to delivering an excellent service to our customers.”
