Clarity Passes ISO Inspection

Clarity Environmental’s ISO accreditations demonstrate our commitment to achieving excellence. We are proud of these accreditations and we are pleased to announce that we passed our latest audit, to assess the level at which we have met the standards, with flying colours.

Clarity Environmental first received approval to ISO 9001 and 14001 in December 2011. The ISO 14000 family addresses environmental management, whilst ISO 9000 looks at quality management. We strive to be a sustainable business and have sought to find the most environmentally friendly methods of running our services from day one. We are also proud of our ethical and honest ethos that helps us to exceed the expectations of our customers.

Clarity’s ISO accreditations show that we actively seek ways to continually build on the quality of our service, whilst being as ‘green’ as we possibly can.

Hayley Bosworth, Clarity Environmental’s Quality & Data Manager, said the business is delighted with the results and the praise we have received from the auditor:

“External audits are an independent and objective view of the service we give to our customers, and provide us with the opportunity to review this service. Once again, this year’s audit recognised our efforts to continually exceed expectations and deliver excellent service to our customers. The result, and feedback we received, is testament to the hard work of our teams.”

Clarity is delighted with the results of the ISO audit, however direct feedback from our customers is vital, and we encourage all of our customers to let us know what they think of our service.

Hayley added: “We have robust systems in place to ensure that we monitor, listen and act on any feedback we receive from our customers. I’d like to encourage anyone who has a view on the service they receive from us, whether good or bad, to get in touch so that we can continue to lead the way in customer service for the industry.”
