Clarity Environmental is pleased to have passed its annual audit for ISO 9001 and 14001, showing our commitment to continually improving our quality and environmental management systems.
ISO International Standards ensure that products and services are safe, reliable and of good quality. They provide guidance and tools for companies and organisations who want to ensure that they consistently meet customer’s requirements and that quality is continually improved. The ISO 14000 family addresses environmental management, whilst ISO 9000 looks at quality management.
Clarity received approval to ISO 9001 and 14001 in December 2011. Each year, an audit is carried out to assess the level at which we have maintained our management systems. Clarity’s latest ISO audit took place on Tuesday 12th November.
Hayley Bosworth, Clarity’s Quality & Data Manager, said: “Our ISO approval gives both current and prospective customers the assurance and confidence that they are dealing with a reputable organisation that works to the highest standards. It also shows that we are actively seeking ways to continually build on this quality of service, whilst also being committed to being as ‘green’ as we possibly can.
“We are delighted that our work to continue building on the quality of service we provide our customers has been recognised once again in this latest audit.”
The external auditor stated in the report that not only has our system been maintained to a very good standard over the last 12 months, but that it has also been subject to improvement during this period. Our commitment to the standards was noted and no non-conformances were identified.
