Clarity Environmental positions for further growth with restructure and expansion

Clarity Environmental has announced a restructure and expansion of its leadership team in response to a period of significant business growth and expansion.

The changes in structure will support Clarity’s growing customer base, whilst positioning the business for continued success and future growth.

Changes to the leadership team include the promotion of Martin Trigg-Knight to Head of Compliance. Having led Clarity’s packaging compliance scheme since 2014, Martin now takes on additional responsibility for the WEEE and battery compliance scheme divisions. Other changes include former Trading Team Leader, Ed Ewence,  who has taken on a new position of Head of Procurement, heading up a specialist team focused on building and managing relationships with suppliers. Vikkie Fitzgerald moves from her role as Head of WEEE to a new post of Head of Coaching and Development, facilitating learning and development and staff progression across the business.

In addition to the leadership restructure, Clarity has also increased its account management team in response to an increase in packaging compliance members in recent years.

I am immensely proud of our team who take on every challenge and opportunity with dedication and drive. With further developments planned for the years ahead, 2022 is set to be another exciting year for us.
