As we prepare for our 20th year in business to draw to a close, I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support throughout 2022.
We are acutely aware that it has been another challenging year for UK businesses across many sectors, with the continued impacts of the pandemic, international instability, and industrial action to contend with, whilst simultaneously navigating Brexit and preparing for major changes to environmental legislation.
Thank you for your business. We continue to innovate and invest in our services to enhance our levels of support.
Our experts remain close to every detail of the imminent changes with Extended Producer Responsibility, and we have spent this year preparing so we can assist our members through this change seamlessly.
Thank you to our members entrusting us to support them through this change, we are committed to not only navigating our clients through this with confidence and peace of mind, but also to assist in focusing on how EPR can be an opportunity for our members.
We very much look forward to the ongoing partnerships next year as we move through these changes together and finish next year having transitioned smoothly.
We have had a record year for increase in headcount, investing in services to deliver greater impact and enhance how we make a difference to the world we live in and all who occupy it.
We are also extremely thankful for the excellent feedback received this year on the quality of our account management. We value feedback enormously as all of our innovations are led by listening closely to our members and the market for strategic improvements which help all who we work with to be ahead of the curve.
We’ve seen similar record progression in building partnerships with additional major household name brands. Despite legislative change and uncertainty in the industry, our robust team has navigated the changes seamlessly and will continue to do this into the new year and beyond.
We are passionate about bringing transparency, cost reduction and ethics to the compliance, recovery and recycling sectors and are proud to have expanded our breadth of business services.

The purpose of this continually innovating service is to provide reliable, accurate data support assured by our quality standards, therefore achieving total peace of mind. Our data services ensure EPR readiness, for as many of you know the upcoming EPR regulations mean that data is more important than ever. We are proud to work with many international businesses choosing us for our account management support and trusted data services.
As a business that prides itself on innovation, we are continually reviewing how we can develop this area of our business and best support our customers.
Clarity’s Recycling Evidence Quality Standard (CREQS)
We have also established CREQS the industry’s first recycling quality standard. Businesses are facing increasing challenges around supply chain governance requirements, and our new supply chain intelligence division can now provide a level of assurance to recycling evidence that has never been seen before.
Clarity’s Recycling Evidence Quality Standard answers over and above the legal requirements, mitigates risk for our packaging compliance scheme members, and supports and promotes responsible recycling.
Recycle with Clarity
In addition, we have Recycle with Clarity which has been developed to create sustainable circular solutions, utilising our network of trusted, high-quality reprocessors to ensure waste is managed in the most ethical and sustainable way, making improvements to quality of recycling and often reducing cost.
We have only been able to increase the positive impact of our business thanks to your continued support, so I thank you for that. We look forward to bringing you further news on these partnerships and our development of services in the new year.
