Starting out as a trawler fisherman with the family business, Aiden abandoned the English Channel for the relative comfort of land-based employment, working with a large water company as a customer advisor and a High Street bank.

Aiden joined Clarity as a Junior Trader in January 2014, supporting our scrap lead acid battery and PRN trading teams, learning the business from our experienced traders. As our RDF business expanded, he began supporting the operations for our waste to fuel team, acting as the first point of contact for the hubs and transport companies for our lead acid battery, waste and plastic contracts.

In 2018, Aiden took on a new role to manage our finance and operational division. Aiden and his team support each of our divisions to ensure our business and its operations run smoothly, enabling us to plan for future growth.
